Shipping to an address different from your billing address

To protect you from credit card fraud, we may contact you to confirm your addresses if your shipping address is different from your billing address on the credit card used.

Undeliverable Packages

If we find that your shipping address is undeliverable, we may contact you to verify the correct address for a re-delivery. In such an event, you will be responsible for the shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that may be incurred on the package for both the original and the re-delivered shipment.

The Satisfaction Guarantee covers defects in materials or workmanship only.  Normal wear and tear, mishandling and physical damage are not covered by this Guarantee. Products covered by our Satisfaction Guarantee will be repaired, replaced or refunded. If your product was damaged through normal wear and tear, or is outside the Guarantee period, we will not be able to return, exchange or refund.

Here at we offer Thirty-Day Money Back Guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase of a product, please use our online Product Returns Form page for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) within 30 calendar days of the original invoice date.  If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned to the warehouse within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA.  All exchanges will be charged additional shipping charges.
All products must be returned in re-sellable condition, and in its original package including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product.

Dead on Arrival Products

A hardware product is considered DOA if it shows symptoms of a hardware failure, preventing basic operability, upon its first use out of the box. If you believe that your product is DOA, please contact support team at within 10 calendar days of the invoice date. Support Team will determine whether the product is DOA and offer you the following options:

* Replacement: The same product that you ordered will be shipped to you at’s expense. Support Team will put you in touch with an Sales Support Representative to set up a replacement order and provide the procedure for returning the DOA product. Service: You may have the product repaired; however, once serviced, the product is no longer eligible for replacement.

Product must be deemed DOA by Support Team within 10 calendar days of the invoice date in order to receive a replacement unit.
